Our Payroll Process

Our payroll process is dependent upon your company’s payroll requirements. We are able to devise a process that meets your specific requirements and standards.

Once we receive your payroll data, the following typically occurs:

1. A Fourth Street Accounting Solutions payroll specialist reviews your payroll data, and then sends a payroll register to you for approval.
2. Once approved, our payroll specialist processes the payroll and/or prints live checks and prints the reports of your choice.
3. Reports and checks are uploaded to the payroll system for client/employee review.
4. Fourth Street Accounting Solutions processes any ACH direct deposits and/or agency payments.
5. Fourth Street Accounting Solutions processes all pay period/quarterly/yearly tax payments/filings, and provides you with any backup that you desire.
